Appetite for Action helps primary school pupils make the connection between the environment and the food that they eat.
There are free downloadable resources that cover a wide range of sustainability issues through the topic of food, including waste and energy - encouraging children to waste less food, grow their own fruit and vegetables; create healthier lower-packaged lunch boxes and helping them to understand issues such as food miles, fair trading and seasonality.
